Description
Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor / Writer. As a part of the Key Cars Auto Group Family, you'll have the opportunity to work with a renowned automotive brand and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service experiences to our valued customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Write-up repair orders
- Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance
- Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians
- Communicate results of the multi-point inspection to customers
- Obtain necessary customer / warranty work approvals
- Create estimates and share with customers
- Recommend and sell additional services
- Follow up individually with customers post-service
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
