Job Overview : Genesis of Milford is opening a brand new Sales and Service Dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive maintenance and repair services. With a commitment to excellence, we strive to be the preferred choice for automotive solutions in our community. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Service and Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, a thorough understanding of the parts department, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, advisors, and parts personnel
- Ensure the efficient scheduling and completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize departmental profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance
