Assistant Service Writer

Key Chrysler – part of the Tobey Auto Group - has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Service Writer.

Key Chrysler is looking for an experienced service writer that is motivated, friendly and can sell auto and light truck service.

Requirements included

Basic computer knowledge

Organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to multi task and prioritize.

Strong verbal and written skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Requires

-a valid driver’s license

-40 hour work week

Salary

-Wages based on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Document vehicle issues and service requests accurately using service writing techniques.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare service estimates and communicate them to customers clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, utilizing computer skills effectively.
• Uphold dealership standards and promote additional services when appropriate.
