What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance (Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning) position at Key City Window Cleaning?
Essential Duties & Tasks:
Outside & inside Window Cleaning - Commercial / Residential, Gutter Cleaning, Power Washing, Exterior House Washing & Holiday Light Installation
Physical Requirements:
Must be OK working mostly outside & in diverse weather conditions.
Must be comfortable with exterior ladder work (15 - 20 ft.) & roof walking.
Must be able to use a ladder rated for 250 lbs. maximum weight.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
Must be able to stand/walk most of the day.
Must be able to kneel/crouch without difficulty
Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Must live within a 5 mile radius of Dubuque, Iowa
This position requires a professional demeanor, positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and independently. Great job for someone with roofing or construction experience! All necessary training provided.
