Responsibilities
- Complete technician, paint, and detail production list before opening for business
- Review the production list every morning with each individual or team to maximize production
- Prioritize vehicles that need to be dispatched to a technician and notify estimators of who will be completing disassembly for repair
- Manage the vehicle check-in, mapping & pre-scan process to ensure disassembly for repairs are being completed on time in accordance with DRP requirements.
- Focus on cycle time in order to move vehicles through the shop as quickly as possible according to standard operating procedures
- Communicate changes in production to technical staff through daily repair plan updates and production meetings
- Balance work in process against available manpower in order to exceed completion date expectation
- Control quality throughout the repair process in order to deliver vehicles that exceed customers expectations
- Ensure all stalls are routinely cleared of damaged parts and rubbish
Qualifications
- Previous Production experience is highly desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Customer service mentality
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
