Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, generating sales, and promoting brand awareness.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of T-Mobile products and services to provide optimal solutions to customer needs.
- Surpass minimum sales expectations by identifying revenue opportunities with existing customers and attracting new customers.
- Promote brand exposure through community outreach, social media marketing, and outbound calls.
- Educate and recommend personalized technology choices to each customer to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Simplify the wireless experience for customers to ensure maximum understanding.
- Maintain attention to detail when completing transactions or paperwork.
- Exercise compassion in all customer interactions to build strong relationships.
- Foster team partnerships to support store synergy and achieve sales goals.
- Assist with store opening, closing, and operating duties as needed.
Requirements

- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service and/or sales environment, with wireless retail experience preferred.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
