Job Description
As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction while generating sales at one of our T-Mobile locations. Our Mobile Associates are encouraged to bring their unique personality to deliver the T-Mobile experience.
This role offers:
- Providing optimal solutions to customer needs through thorough product knowledge
- Surpassing minimum sales expectations by attracting new customers or identifying revenue opportunities
- Spreading brand exposure through community outreach, outbound calling, and social media marketing
- Educating and recommending personalized technology choices for customers
- Simplifying the wireless experience to enhance customer understanding
- Maintaining attention to detail in transactions and paperwork
- Exercising compassion in all customer interactions
- Fostering team partnerships for store synergy
- Assisting with store opening, closing, and operating duties
Requirements
To succeed as a Mobile Associate, you must have:
- Possess a passion for providing unparalleled customer service
- Demonstrate a competitive spirit with a drive to exceed sales potential
- Show genuine regard and intention in customer connections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales environment, preferably in wireless retail
- A high school diploma/GED
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual in English & Spanish

- Performance-based Total Compensation package consisting of $10/hr Base Rate, Commission, & Accelerator Bonuses
- Potential All-in Compensation (base rate plus commission and bonuses) totaling $20 /hr
