Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and generating sales at one of our T-Mobile locations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide optimal solutions to customer needs through thorough product and service brand knowledge.
- Surpass minimum sales expectations by attracting new customers or identifying revenue opportunities with existing customers.
- Spread brand exposure by reaching out to the community, making outbound calls, and utilizing social media marketing.
- Educate and recommend personalized technology choices to each customer.
- Simplify the wireless experience to maximize customer understanding.
- Maintain attention to detail when completing transactions or paperwork.
- Exercise compassion in all customer interactions.
- Foster team partnerships to support store synergy.
- Assist with store opening, closing, and operating duties.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Possess a passion for providing unparalleled customer service.
- Demonstrate a competitive spirit with a drive to surpass sales potential.
- Show genuine regard and intention in customer connections.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales environment, with wireless retail preferred.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
