Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales within one of our T-Mobile locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized solutions to meet customers' needs through in-depth product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Exceed sales expectations by attracting new customers, identifying revenue opportunities, and utilizing social media marketing.
• Educate customers on the best technology choices tailored to their needs.
• Maintain attention to detail in transactions and paperwork.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and team members alike.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A competitive spirit and drive to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in wireless retail.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
