Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to serve on a Community Management Team with the skillsets and interest to oversee the daily operations of our homeowners' associations. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the homeowners association, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed.
- Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and work orders.
- Prepare and present reports on community activities, budgets, and financial status to the board of directors.
- Facilitate community meetings, ensuring effective communication between residents and the board.
- Promote community events and initiatives, encouraging resident participation through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records related to legal administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws governing homeowners associations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a similar roles within homeowners associations.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative practices and relevant laws governing HOA operations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the community.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with residents and vendors alike.
- Proficiency in technology and ability to learn various software programs.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
