Job Summary:
Position: Full-time BCBA
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience and caseload)
The BCBA will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of ABA services. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and supervising clients. The BCBA also provides training, tracks progress, and collaborates with team members and families.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Train caregivers and track client progress.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Supervise treatment sessions and oversee quality of care.
- Lead progress meetings and communicate updates to leadership.
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or a related field preferred.
- BCBA certification and LABA licensure in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with individuals with special needs.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, laws, and ethics.
- Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
- Flexible schedule based on caseload.
- Ability to meet billable hour targets.
- Available for afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
