Due to our growth, Key Construction has a need for a Digital Marketing and Graphics Specialist in Wichita .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Create brochures and other visual marketing advertisements.
Create project proposals by gathering the required information from team members, understanding client needs, creating proposal documents, etc.
Manage and maintain the Key Construction website.
Manage content calendar and creation of social media posts.
Create case studies, newsletters, and other items as needed.
Manage asset library of photos, whitepapers, customer testimonials, videos, etc.
Gather and produce content such as video testimonials, case studies, and project photos to be used in print and digital outlets.
Take site photos and videos when needed.
Additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of InDesign.
Heavy emphasis on graphic design.
Experience with maintaining and / or managing websites is required; experience with website design is a plus.
Extensive experience with social media is required; experience with visual arts / photography is a plus.
Strong ability to create messages consistent with business goals and the desired company image.
Ability to work effectively in Excel, Word, InDesign, Acrobat, and WordPress.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for a non-technical audience.
Strong design sensibility informed by current trends in B2B and B2C markets.
Excellent communication skills. Professional attitude and demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently manage daily workload in accordance with deadlines.
