Manager of Employee Relations

What You’ll Do:

Employee Relations:

• Lead high level HR functions, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
• Assist in the development of recruiting strategies and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Oversee payroll, 401(k), PTO tracking, and engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.

Office Management & Operation:

• Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strengthen vendor and strategic partner relationships.
• Implement and manage technology solutions.
• Monitor operational performance and budget adherence.
• Negotiate pricing for products and services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree).
• 5 Years of managerial and operations experience (financial services preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business operations.

Salary: $85,000 Bonus | 401(k) Match | Generous PTO | Tuition Reimbursement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
