We are currently hiring a Master Data and Business Support Specialist. This role will be involved in the corporate accounting function. Duties will include setting up and helping to maintain master data in the company’s ERP. This role will also be responsible for helping to take support calls for business process questions. They will work with the business units to develop SOP’s as new features in the software are rolled out and assist in training. Depending on background, this role will also either assist with some accounting functions or be responsible for helping the business units with their data and reporting requests from the system.

This role is for you if you have:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details
· Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while providing outstanding and courteous customer service.
What you will be doing:
Maintaining master date of the ERP.
Working with business units and leads on setup requests for customers, products, departments and other system related data.
Assisting with maintaining system roles and access for new users.
Providing support to the business units with questions on the ERP.
Assisting with the month end processing.
Assisting employees by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.
Working with business on reporting and data needs.
Monitoring and assessing new releases and features to the system to determine if Key should implement.
Working with business units to provide updated training on features in the system.
