- Targeting companies in pharma/API development, CDMOs, and CMOs
- Also open to candidates with experience in lubricants, CASE, and personal care
- Entrepreneurial, uncapped opportunity to grow a national territory
- Assigned a robust prospect list and CRM access
- Will inherit existing accounts from the current Sales Manager over time
- National account coverage; expected to work from the company office when not traveling
- Travel required ~40% of the time
- Drive new business development with a focus on chemical intermediates for synthesis applications
- Identify and develop opportunities within pharma and other industrial markets
- Leverage your chemistry background to consult with R&D and procurement professionals to develop commercial opportunities
- Attend trade shows and industry events to build your network and pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Strong foundation in organic chemistry (degree preferred but not required)
- 1 years of technical B2B sales experience, ideally in outside sales
- Background in selling specialty chemicals or intermediates
- Experience in pharma, chemical synthesis, or specialty industrial markets is preferred
- Driven, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused mindset
- Will develop new business
- Competitive base salary up to $150K for the right candidate
- 10% commission on gross profit
- Uncapped commissions. Should earn over 100,000 in commission.
- Commission is uncapped and paid quarterly on booked and invoiced orders
- Full internal support, CRM access, and marketing tools provided
