Schedule : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday, (1) one Saturday / month)
Reports to : Clinical Supervisor / Program Supervisor
Summary :
The Clinic Manager / Supervisor at Key Essentials to Behavior Management is responsible for leading and overseeing all clinic activities for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clients, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This hybrid position entails fulfilling clinic management responsibilities for 40% of the time and acting as a Supervisor 60% of the time. The Clinic Manager / Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of the clinic, provide supervision and support to Key Essential staff, and maintain a high standard of care for clients with disabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Clinic Management (40%) :
Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ongoing maintenance of the clinic facility.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with relevant regulations.Collaborate with the executive team to establish clinic goals, objectives, and performance metrics.Manage the budget for clinic operations and ensure financial targets are met.Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinic services with in-home, school, and telehealth programs.Stay updated on current best practices in behavior management and ABA therapy to drive continuous improvement in clinic services.Ensure all clinic activities comply with relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards.Supervision (60%) :Act as a supervisor for a team of staff providing ABA therapy to clients.
Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development and training.Collaborate with staff to develop behavior intervention plans and behavior support strategies for individual clients.Review and analyze client data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to provide input, share client progress, and coordinate ABA services with other professionals.Address and resolve any staffing or performance issues that may arise, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field or hold a valid BCaBAExperience in clinic management, preferably in a behavioral health or ABA therapy setting.Strong knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, clients, families, and other stakeholders.Proficient in computer skills, including electronic data collection systems and report writing.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by clinic activities and client needs.Physical Requirements
Occasional Requirements (1-3 hours) : Sitting, standing, walking, simple grasping, power grasping, pushing, pulling, reach above shoulder, reach waist level, reach below waist, reach below knee, ending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, driving personal vehicle.
Rare Requirements (0-1) : Hand and wrist work, keyboarding, fine manipulation, climbing stairs, lifting / carrying 1-50lbs.
The field of Applied Behavior Analysis may involve direct contact with individuals that may potentially exhibit aggressive and / or extremely challenging behaviors (i.e. spitting, hitting, kicking, throwing of objects, etc.).
