Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee ABA programs in clinic-based, in-home, school, and Telehealth settings. Ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of BCBA clinicians. Conduct regular meetings, case conferences, and performance evaluations to support professional growth.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, treatment fidelity, and adherence to best ABA practices. Implement strategies for continuous program improvement.
- Program Development: Identify areas for program growth and development, working closely with the executive team to align with industry trends, client needs, and organizational goals.
- Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines. Foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels.
- Client Case Management: Oversee client caseloads, monitor progress, and guide complex cases. Review assessment reports.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data and program outcomes, prepare comprehensive reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote ABA programs and increase community awareness. Represent the organization at conferences and events.
Schedule
- 3 days per week: In-clinic work
- 2 days per week: Remote "virtual office" work
- Required virtual office hours: Minimum 5 hours daily during peak service hours on remote days
- Remaining hours flexible within standard business hours
Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Clinic Days (3 days per week):
- Conduct in-person assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy and supervision to clients
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in-person
- Collaborate with the clinical team and other therapists
- Attend in-person team meetings and case reviews
- Engage in parent/caregiver training sessions
- Maintain and update clinical documentation
Remote "Virtual Office" Days (2 days per week):
- Maintain a consistent virtual office presence for a minimum of 5 hours daily during peak service hours
- Provide remote supervision and support to clinics via video conferencing
- Conduct telehealth sessions for appropriate cases
- Analyze data and update treatment plans
- Complete and review clinical documentation
- Participate in virtual team meetings and case reviews
- Provide remote training and support to Behavior Technicians
- Engage in professional development activities
- Be available during set working hours for consultation and support
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of BCBA experience
- Experience in functional behavior analyses/assessments
- Basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
- Capability to implement ABA methodologies
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification

Physical Requirements
Occasional Requirements (1-3 hours): Sitting, standing, walking, simple grasping, power grasping, pushing, pulling, reach above shoulder, reach waist level, reach below waist, reach below knee, ending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, driving personal vehicle.
Rare Requirements (0-1): Hand and wrist work, keyboarding, fine manipulation, climbing stairs, lifting/carrying 1-50lbs.
The field of Applied Behavior Analysis may involve direct contact with individuals that may potentially exhibit aggressive and/or extremely challenging behaviors (i.e. spitting, hitting, kicking, throwing of objects, etc.).

Salary : $38 - $40
