Experienced Siding Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including maintenance person services, remodeling, and construction. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read schematics, and hands-on experience with multiple construction techniques. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Install new siding on residential and commercial buildings
• Measure and cut vinyl siding materials to specified sizes and shapes
• Remove and replace old or damaged siding
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with production manager, crew members and customers
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Perform installation tasks for various projects, including residential and commercial settings.
• Execute remodeling projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Conduct frame carpentry work, including wall framing and structural installations
• Install vinyl siding according to project requirements and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring proper alignment and securing
• Engage in masonry work as required for specific projects
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.
• Service and customer support during installation

Skills

• Proven experience as a siding installer (REQUIERED)
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
• Proven experience in maintenance person services and remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with frame carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
