Required Skills:
- Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections
Experience:
- 5 years of outbound/inbound phone sales/call center management experience
- A proven track record in an outbound phone sales environment is a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage representative to qualify all hot leads and schedule estimate appointments
