Responsibilities
- Define and track success metrics across GenAI services
- Translate ambiguous business needs into measurable data problems
- Partner with engineers and data scientists to define user workflows, eval sets, and queries
- Analyze model failures, ambiguities, and user logs to guide prompt and retriever improvements
- Design A/B tests
