Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances of assembled parts.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electronic or mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Strong electronic OR mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in mechanical assembly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certification if necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
