Job Overview
Key-Lix, an expanding livestock supplement manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager for our new plant in Dickinson, ND. This is a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ordering and inventory control of raw materials and finished products.
- Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of plant employees.
- Supervise repairs and maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures within the plant.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the facility while upholding quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership to meet production goals.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for the team.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance and productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a clean and well-organized facility.
- Mechanical, electrical, and welding experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
