Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Wichita, Ks
- Preferred applicant will have some experience in at least two of the following: Heating/Cooling (A/C) repair, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Some minor carpentry experience is also preferred.
- Ability to a pass written maintenance test.
- Applicant needs a dependable vehicle and must be available for on call emergencies.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to multi-task.
- Must have own tools.
- Expected to maintain and complete work orders for residents.
- Expected to make ready apartments for leasing.
- Background check and drug test required.
- Must have valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
