Key Personnel is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a company in the Oklahoma City, OK area.
Accounting Clerk Pay Rate : $18-24 / hr DOE
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities :
- Posting Financial Transactions : Use appropriate software to record financial transactions.
- Processing Payments : Receive and record vouchers, cash, and checks.
- Accounts Payable : Manage invoices, process payments to vendors, and ensure timely payment to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Accounts Receivable : Issue invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Financial Reporting : Produce financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Accuracy Checks : Verify the accuracy of reports, figures, and postings.
- Reconciliation : Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
- Tax Assistance : Assist with tax payments and filing.
- Filing System : Maintain an organized financial filing system.
