Key Personnel is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a company in the Oklahoma City, OK area.
Administrative Assistant Pay Rate : $18-24 / hr. DOE
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Wrote and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of information
- Ordered and maintained office supplies, ensuring the office is well stocked
- Provide general administrative support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Updated and maintain office policies and procedures
