Key Personnel is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator for a company in the Tulsa area.
Partnerships Coordinator Pay Rate : $48,000 - $50,000
Partnerships Coordinator Hours : 8am to 5pm M-F
Partnerships Coordinator Responsibilities :
Implements strategies, objectives, and tasks related to supporting existing and potential affiliated associations, schools, and other NALA members, including :
Foster positive relationships between NALA and its affiliated associations.Foster positive relationships between NALA and other members, including paralegal educators, education programs, and their students.
Organize and distribute associated association communications and affiliate newsletter with assistance from the Affiliated Associations
Invoice and follow up on payments for affiliate dues.
Ensure affiliates are meeting all requirements for membership and appropriate reporting and tracking of data.
Ensure affiliated association websites comply with guidelines.
Create and manage surveys, reports, and data-related communications to affiliated associations, schools, and other members.
Coordinate and manage the Affiliated Associations’ Annual Meeting with assistance from the Affiliated Associations Director / Secretary (typically takes place during NALA’s Conference & Expo).
Coordinate and manage monthly affiliated association Town Hall meetings, affiliate presentations, and other special events with assistance from the Affiliated Associations Director / Secretary.
Outreach, recruit, and communicate with potential affiliated associations and schools.
Build and maintain a list of paralegal education programs, with an emphasis on ABA-approved schools and programs and paralegal educators.
Attend internal and leadership meetings related to affiliated associations and schools.
Maintain affiliated association and school areas of the website.
Maintain affiliated association and school records in database.
Manage requests for membership lists from affiliated associations and make sure NALA database is current with the member lists.
Coordinate affiliated association visits. Including coordinating necessary speakers and packing and shipping materials.
Coordinate trade show visits. Including packing and shipping materials.
Process new affiliated association memberships.
Maintain and serve as point-person for NALA’s Speaker’s Bureau, assisting schools and affiliates in connecting with guest speakers.
Work with the Communications Division, Director of Operations, and CEO to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential affiliates, sponsors, vendors, schools, law firms, and other relevant organizations.
Develop and execute strategies for partnership growth, including sponsorship packages, collaboration opportunities, and strategic alliances.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the association’s goals and objectives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders on the status and outcomes of partnership activities.
Track and report on partnership performance, including metrics such as engagement levels, revenue generated, and overall impact.
Support the Communications Teams in developing and preparing analytical reports that demonstrate return on investment for sponsors and other partners.
Additional Duties :
All other duties as assigned.
Working Relationships and Scope :
Reports directly to the Director of Operations. Works closely with other Divisions including Membership, Certification, Education, and Communications to provide top-quality customer service experience. Works with the Affiliated Associations Director / Secretary (volunteer positions). Does not supervise others.
Partnerships Coordinator Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably within a professional association, nonprofit organization, or similar environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing external partnerships and developing strategic initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with CRM and project management software.
