Among the programs and services we provide are therapy and psychiatry in our Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation in the home and community, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach for adults, and adult Residential Services.

- Pay: $19 per hour

Who We Need
We are currently looking for a full-time Residential Counselor to join our Harford Residential team in Aberdeen, MD.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Teach and evaluate skills in the client home or community setting.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation including assessment, case management, service documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Perform crisis intervention, advocacy, and liaison with community resources as needed
- Able and willing to drive 15 passenger vans or other vehicles provided by the agency (requires a traditional driver’s license only).
- Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication after comprehensive onsite training.
- High school diploma
- no experience required!
- Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence).
- Must have own vehicle.
- Able to pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment screenings.
- Someone who has a passion for working with individuals with a mental illness or a willingness to learn.
