The Key Program, Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for their Methuen, MA location.
SUMMARY::
The Administrative Assistant works collaboratively with all levels of regional staff to provide support and
assistance where needed. Duties encompass front desk reception, answering
phones, assisting with quality assurance, Human Resources and
administrative/business activities within the regional office and program locations.
The position reports to the Senior Administrative Supervisor/HR Representative.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Full-Time 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Must be a minimum age of 21 years.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates degree, coursework or certificate
program required.
• Minimum of one year data entry and computer applications experience using
Microsoft Office 365.
• Minimum one year of office experience, office management, or administrative
employment.
• Some driving is required within the local area; legally registered, inspected,
and insured car.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage reception area, answer the telephone and greet all visitors in a
professional manner, handle incoming and outgoing mail systems.
• Assist in on-boarding new staff to Key’s policies, benefits, and electronic
applications, including email and Office 365, and utilize the ADP HR system.
• Support HR functions utilizing the ADP HR system, screen candidates,
complete reference checks, process workers compensation reports, track and
collect staff documents such as licenses and insurance documents, etc., and
provide on-going support to all staff members.
• Orient staff to Key’s reimbursement and timecard process and provide on-
going technical assistance.
• Complete bulk purchase orders for food, office supplies, and equipment as
needed, set up inventory systems, handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Obtain estimates and coordinate repairs for office and programs.
• Assist with quality assurance functions and client file reviews.
WAGE/BENEFITS: $23.00 starting hourly wage with full-time benefits package
