Key is currently seeking a Masters-Level Clinician to add to their clinical team in Greenfield, MA for it’s residential program located in Greenfield, MA that serves 9 boys ages 10-15 referred by DCF (Department of Children and Family).
Qualifications:
- Key’s Clinical Care Manager position requires a Masters Degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study, licensed or license eligible is preferred.
- All candidates must be 21 years of age or older
- Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use
- Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with program’s staff, supervisors and clinicians
- Provides individual and family counseling and crisis services
- Facilitates clinical groups such as DBT, substance abuse prevention groups, etc.
- May provide clinical guidance to supervisors and program staff
- Attends and participates in clinical supervision
- Prepares client assessments and treatment plans and maintains clinical client records
Benefits & Salary: Master’s Level (MSW or LCSW): $70,000
