Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in the Human Service field and have expertise working with families involved with DCF.
Responsibilities: Applicants must be comfortable conducting Family Team Meetings, identifying service needs, assessing strengths, and coordinating services with both DCF Social Workers and private providers. This position requires meetings to occur at DCF offices, the family’s home, foster homes, and in Human Service Agencies’ offices and residential programs. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a legally registered vehicle.
The annual starting salary is $52,360 and has excellent benefits, training and supervision.
Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist children/adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives.
