We are seeking a full-time Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Wareham, MA in a 9-bed, group home for boys (ages 13-17) involved with Department of Children & Families (DCF).
What you will do…
Supervise up to 9 boys (ages 13-17) and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young men; assists the boys to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home. Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
What you bring…
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid state driver's license, and legally registered and insured car for work use.
- Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
