Key Property Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Leasing/Administrative Assistant for an affordable housing apartment community in Logan, UT. We anticipate the candidate to work between 20 & 25 hours per week.
We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, high energy, who can multi- task, has a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Entering & Closing Work Orders
- Assisting with Unit Inspections
- Accepting applications
- Filing and administrative projects.
- Coordinating verifications for certifications
- Other leasing duties as requested by Property Manager
Qualifications:
- Professional presentation.
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and hard-working.
- High Energy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
