Key Property Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead two smaller apartment communities totaling 59 units in Vancouver, WA. These properties offer tax credit and PBV housing, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing affordable housing, including compliance with regulations, managing day-to-day operations, and providing excellent service to residents.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills
Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2 years previous experience as Community Manager
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred)
- Current real estate license is beneficial.
- Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.
