Key Property Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Community Manager to support our Single-Family Homes Department, Homeowner Associations, and smaller apartment communities managed out of our corporate office. This role requires someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, can effectively manage their time, and excels in communication and organization. Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills
Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2 years previous experience as Community Manager
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred)
- Current real estate license is beneficial.
- Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.
