The Leasing Agent will be based at a luxury high-rise apartment and will report directly to the on-site property manager. This role is primarily responsible for leasing and marketing of the property, while assisting the rest of the property team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.

Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and shows prospective residents the property utilizing company leasing techniques and expectations.
- Handles resident issues including submitting and following up regarding service requests, accepting and depositing rental payments, completing lease paperwork including related addendums.
- Organizes and files all applicable daily and weekly reports, leases, and paperwork while maintaining accurate resident records.
- Assists team members in the initiation and management of all core business processes, including leasing, property performance goals, resident relations, marketing, etc.
- Ensures that market surveys are conducted on a regular basis, competition is shopped regularly, and coordinates creating and implementing marketing materials.
- Completes all lease applications and participates in the verification of applications. Notify prospective residents of results once application is approved by Property Manager.
- Communicates regularly with the Property Manager and other team members regarding apartment status, traffic activities and suggestions for improved property performance.
- Keeps abreast of industry, market, and seasonal trends to plan strategies to meet operational goals.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1 year in property management, customer service, or sales
- Desired Education and/or Experience * B.A./B.S. degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates.
- Dependable, punctual, reliable.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include hours other than 9-6 Monday through Saturday, depending on business needs.
