What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP/T) position at Key Recovery and Life Skills Center?
We are seeking qualified, compassionate, inclusive Substance Use Disorder Professional counselors (SUPD/T) with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference!
SUDP counselors will provide group and one-on-one hands-on support for our residential patients using motivational counseling and interviewing, conduct group meetings, complete assessments, coordinate SUD education sessions, CBT trainings and provide case management services. Key Recovery uses trauma-informed, whole person modalities that drives our patient care, treatment planning and treatment referral.
Position is full-time. Flexible scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications:
Washington State Department of Health certification as a Substance Use Disorder Professional SUDP
AA degree in chemical dependency studies or related human service
At least 1 year of experience as a Substance Use Disorder Professional
WA State Driver’s license

Schedule:
8 or 10 hour shifts available
Weekend and swing shifts available
Education:
SUDP (Bachelors, preferred but not required)
Experience:
Addictions Counselors: 1 year (Preferred)
