An international manufacturing company is looking to hire a full-time Business Development Manager for their Houston, TX office. This role is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients and expanding market presence throughout the US.
Duties include :
- Growing and managing an established portfolio of accounts
- Traveling throughout Southern US region to meet with clients and strengthen long-term relationships
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs
- Providing informed recommendations regarding products and services
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline by recording opportunities, interactions and outcomes in CRM
- Preparing, delivering and following up on quotations, proposals and sales contracts
- Updating and managing client agreements
- Attending conference, networking and other industry events
