KRG is helping a property management company search for an experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of nine residential apartment communities and one commercial property in the WNY area.
Job duties include:
- Overseeing and mentoring staff at multiple sites
- Driving occupancy levels to within company ranges
- Accompanying ownership during onsite visits
- Conducting routine maintenance checks properties and their residents and employees
- Preparing annual budgets, projections and reports for each site and ensuring compliance within those financial guidelines
Job Requirements
- 3 years of property management experience, managing multiple sites
- Strong leadership, supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of MRI and Nexus is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Analytical mindset
