Pay Rate : $32 - $38 / hour

A WNY non-profit organization is in need of a full-time Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for the oversight, processing and analysis of daily cash receipts. Banking functions including deposits and reconciliations and AR function including general ledger maintenance are also crucial aspects of this job.
Duties :
- Responsible for all daily banking functions such as direct deposits, positive pay files, adjustments, NSF returns and remote deposits
- Assist with developing and maintaining weekly cash flow forecast
- Ensure accurate fund coding for all donor revenue deposits
- Accurately processes and reconciles monthly AR invoices
- Review monthly contractual billing for accuracy
- Analyze donor revenue deposits for accurate fund coding and includes the necessary levels of restrictions
- Monitor and maintain client billing records within the general ledger
