Key Resource Group is excited to announce an opening for a Legal Staffing Specialist in our Buffalo office! Due to rapid growth in our Legal Division we are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our highly successful and highly regarded legal recruitment team.

You will be responsible for the interview, selection and offer process for legal candidates as well as the development and maintenance of relationships with law firms and corporations in connection with identified job openings.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating all job recruiting processes such as: an active search of potential candidates, reviewing and screening incoming resumes, phone pre-screening candidates, face to face, telephonic, and virtual interviews with candidates
- Works closely with firm clients to obtain new and updated search needs
- Develops and maintains relationships with career services offices at law schools, Bar Associations and professional development organizations
- Continually updates the company database with new and relevant client and candidate information
- Maintains regular communication with all involved in the recruiting process to maintain momentum, provide visibility and to ensure timely turnaround time with the candidate selection process
Base salary generous monthly incentive bonus plan!
Job Requirements
- Legal recruiting or professional services recruiting preferred but not necessary
- A background or experience in a law firm as well as an understanding and familiarity with the legal industry and assigned markets strongly preferred
- Must possess a strong desire to learn and be part of a team
- Have strong motivation for personal success, and a passion to build a business and achieve unlimited earning potential
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of respect for the confidentiality of clients and candidates alike
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Helpful but not necessary
- Ability to work with all levels of a multifaceted workforce, as well as with confidential and complex projects
