About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in safety and compliance and experience implementing and maintaining Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS) with guiding principles. You will also possess knowledge of OSHA regulations and Department of Energy policies and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS) with guiding principles
- Lead training department in external audits and inspections (OSHA, PRE-OP, CSI, EPA)
- Provide oversight of course and video libraries, department change management systems, and budget and personal certification program
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications
