Job Summary:
Key Resource Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Training and Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and direction for training activities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development and experience leading a training team. You will also possess knowledge of OSHA regulations and Department of Energy policies and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy
- Lead training department in external audits and inspections (OSHA, PRE-OP, CSI, EPA)
- Provide oversight of course and video libraries, department change management systems, and budget and personal certification program
- Monitor and assess effectiveness of training programs, continuously updating as needed
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment that follows established practices while identifying and reporting situations and concerns
- Mentor and support training staff
