We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for a highly respected flexographic printing company located in Central North Carolina. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving new business sales in your territory. You will be expected to identify prospects, meet with prospects onsite at their locations, and generate opportunities to quote on the business of prospects. You will be expected to secure new business to exceed sales goals. You should have experience selling pressure sensitive labels and a proven track record of securing and winning new business. Regular travel will be required throughout the territory.
- Position would be remote work from home with minimal trips to the office located in Asheboro, NC. However, representative would need to be located in North Carolina for in-person sales calls to customers. To be successful in this position, you'll need a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.
Responsibilities will include :
Proactively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our client portfolioReach out to customer leads through cold calling (In-person physical visits required)Employ creative techniques to secure onsite meetings with decision makers for new businessTravel as required to develop new business opportunities within assigned territoryPresent, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersGenerate new business sales through onsite visits, gathering detailed information for pricing estimatesPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needsProviding exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientsDevelop sales plans for new business growthSupply won / loss status with reasons for all estimatesTroubleshoot problems regarding customer products and handle complaints if necessaryMust possess a home office and a personally insured vehicleTravel daily as required (this position requires DAILY travel contacting customers and / or prospects)Initiate and submit quotesExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve annual existing / current customer sales goalsCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedbackSkills
Proven work experience as a sales representative (PRINTING INDUSTRY PREFERRED)Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackPhysical Demands
