Job Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential care to clients in their homes, assisting with:
Companionship & Social Engagement Meaningful conversation, games, light activities
Personal Care Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting (if needed)
Meal Preparation Cooking light meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
Mobility Assistance Helping clients move safely around the home
Light Housekeeping Tidying up, laundry, and keeping the environment safe
Errands & Transportation Grocery shopping, doctors visits, and essential outings
What Were Looking For:
Compassionate & Reliable You genuinely care about others
Trustworthy & Professional Clients depend on you for their well-being
Strong Communication Skills You can connect with clients and their families
Experience Preferred, But Not Required We provide training!
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (preferred but not required)
Ability to lift 25 lbs (for those assisting with mobility)
No Experience? No Problem! If you have a heart for caregiving, well provide the training you need to succeed.
