Shift : M-F 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 45 PM
Pay : $22.00
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with Outside Sales as a team to support customers.
- Acceptance and processing of customer purchase orders
- Verify customer, job, and shipping address.
- Confirm purchase order pricing / discounts.
- Verify products & quantities keyed in the system match purchase order.
- Verify order meets manufacturer minimum order requirements.
- Notification to customer if non-cancelable non-returnable product
- Forward confirmation of order after keyed in the system.
- Additional requirements on acceptance and processing of customer purchase orders -Job orders
- Verifying purchase order to quotation for pricing
- Verifying purchase order to submittals for product accuracy
- Providing Purchasing with special manufacturer quotes, product specifications, and special requirements needed to order properly.
- Timely and accurate entering of orders in Trend noting.
- Special order requirements
- Shipping address
- Shipping instructions
- Proper communication between departments
- Entering notes in sales orders
