Job Summary :
The Injection Process Engineer is responsible to create the standard settings to operate the injection mold machines, provide the training for process techs, setting up, operating, and optimizing injection molding machines to manufacture high-quality PVC components. This role ensures the efficiency of the injection molding process, addresses production challenges, and upholds quality and safety standards. Knows and performs with understanding the application for PVC injection Machines and Molds Closing (locking, pressure, speed and positions), Pressure and positions of mold protect, High pressure, Pressure (open, positions and speed), Ejector system, Alarms monitoring, Temperature, Shot size, Charge positions, Back pressure, Suck back (before and after), Cooling time, Injection steps (positions), Injection pressure, Injection speed, Hold time, Hold pressure, Hold position, Injection unity system, Core settings.
