At Key Skilled Personnel, we are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest level of quality in our automotive manufacturing process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, training employees, and overseeing returned materials.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of improving quality processes. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering is preferred.
You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance, and will be responsible for preparing and reviewing AIAG PPAP submissions, developing and implementing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods, and conducting internal audits and corrective actions.
Key qualifications include:
- 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Formal SPC, ISO-9001, IATF 16949, ASME Y145 certification
- AIAG PPAP experience
