Process Technician
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Pay Rate: $29.00HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2AM 10AM or 3AM 11AM
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have Master Molder certification or equivalent Scientific Molding qualification, with a minimum of 7 years experience in plastic injection molding.
- Experience with molded medical device components in an ISO 13485 environment is required.
- Must have extensive experience with mold and process validations of plastic injection molded components.
- Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down injection molding machines and related process equipment.
- Must be able to work independently on new process development and troubleshooting of current production issues.
- Good written and verbal skills.
