The Integrations Customer Support team is responsible for assisting both our customers and internal developers to ensure seamless integrations and help customers improve their business processes. The support team works closely with customers to resolve integration issues, review data, and answer questionsrelated toconfiguration, setup, and operation via phone, email, and remote meetings.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on an assigned software product or service.
- Ensures that appropriate actionsare takento resolve customer's problems and concerns.
- Provides excellent customer service by maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Uses knowledge of a specific software product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other support-related duties as assigned.
- Work closely with integration developers and team managers.
- Work on implementing quick solution fixes for our customers and partners.
- Provide customer support by using critical thinking to solve issues.
