The Integrations Customer Support team is responsible for assisting both our customers and internal developers to ensure seamless integrations and help customers improve their business processes. The support team works closely with customers to resolve integration issues, review data, and answer questionsrelated toconfiguration, setup, and operation via phone, email, and remote meetings.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on an assigned software product or service.
  • Ensures that appropriate actionsare takento resolve customer's problems and concerns.
  • Provides excellent customer service by maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Uses knowledge of a specific software product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
  • Perform other support-related duties as assigned.
  • Work closely with integration developers and team managers.
  • Work on implementing quick solution fixes for our customers and partners.
  • Provide customer support by using critical thinking to solve issues.

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Critical thinking
  • Troubleshooting techniques
  • Self-motivated and takes the initiative.
  • Education and Experience :

  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence software preferred.
  • Familiarity working with API / EDI integrations preferred.
  • A basic understanding of any programming language, specifically C#, is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET, VB, JSON, config files, and MSSQL
