Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Corcoran, CA

Pay Rate: $17 Hourly

Position Summary:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Material Handler to maneuver and set up agriculture field application equipment. This role involves moving product, assembling equipment, and interacting with customers in a professional manner to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

Performance Objectives:

• Deliver, set up, and calibrate agriculture field equipment
• Move and set up tanks & fertilizer application systems
• Perform equipment maintenance to ensure safety & efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work independently and solve problems on the go

Key Competencies:

• Mechanical skills & experience with farm equipment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Preferred)
• Class A Driver’s License (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience working within agricultural, farming, or manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
