Job Description
- Key Steps ABA Therapy is looking for a passionate BCBA who has the desire to make a change and is able to foster meaningful and respectful ABA therapy in varied settings.
The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem-solving to help each client reach his or her potential. Additionally, this position is responsible for supervising behavior technicians/RBTs and implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity. The Behavior Analyst complies with each insurance’s requirements to ensure continuous care.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior assessments according to needs of the client
- Design Treatment Plans of Care
- Design measurement and data collection systems
- Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB and individual necessities
- Motivate and provide mentorship to assigned Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
- Organize and attend monthly staff meetings
- Organize and attend weekly BCBA meetings and core team meetings
- Conduct Family training
- Documentation for all clinical activities, same day as activity
- Submit Authorization and Re-Authorization requests to client’s insurances and comply with all other funders’ requirements to ensure uninterrupted treatment. Responsible for attending regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed

Requirements:
- 1 plus years experience as BCBA preferred
- 3 plus years experience in ABA (as RBT, behavior technician, BCaBA etc.) preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Experience with ASD, highly preferred
- Experience with working in homes and in center-based settings
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
